Hyperosmotic stress induces PARP1‐mediated HPF1‐dependent mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Sorbitol‐induced hyperosmotic stress rapidly induces reversible mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation (MARylation) on PARP1 without the signs of genotoxic signaling. We show that PARP1 autoMARylation is HPF1 dependent and forms hydroxylamine‐resistant O‐glycosidic linkages.

THYMECTOMY IN THE RABBIT [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Experimental Medicine, 1926
Thymectomy in the rabbit is a comparatively simple procedure. The open method described above offers many advantages over any of the closed methods and success depends largely upon the observance of a few precautions; chief among these is the avoidance of haste and the observance of aseptic technique.

An isoform of 14‐3‐3 protein regulates transbilayer lipid movement at the plasma membrane

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Loss of 14‐3‐3ζ in CHO cells confers resistance to exogenous phosphatidylserine (PS) and impairs endocytosis‐independent inward flip‐flop of fluorescent PS at the plasma membrane. RNAi‐mediated knockdown reproduces this defect, while no additive effect is seen in ATP11C‐deficient cells.

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN LIPTEN HORMONE CONCENTRATION AND RABBITS REPRODUCTIVITY [PDF]

open access: yesEgyptian Journal of Rabbit Science, 2016
The present work was planned to study the relationship between Lipten hormone concentration and rabbit reproductivity. Two rabbit breeds (Baladi Black as a native breed and New-Zealand White as an exotic breed) were used in the present study.

The ubiquitin ligase RNF115 is required for the clearance of damaged lysosomes

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Upon lysosomal rupture, an E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF115 translocates from the cytosol to the damaged lysosomal membrane. Moreover, RNF115 depletion impairs the clearance of damaged lysosomes, identifying it as a key regulator of lysosomal quality control.

EFFECT OF CARVACROL ON PRODUCTIVE PERFORMANCE AND SOME IMMUNOLOGICAL PARAMETERS OF GROWING RABBITS [PDF]

open access: yesEgyptian Journal of Rabbit Science, 2016
A total number of 40 New Zealand White rabbit males at 4 weeks of age and averaged 542.50g body weight were used in this study. Animals were distributed randomly into four experimental groups (10 rabbits each). The 1st group was served as a control group
