Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

Analysis of the Gas Particle Radiator (GPR) [PDF]
The theoretical performance of a new space radiator concept, the gas particle radiator (GPR), is calculated. The GPR uses a gas containing emitting, submicron particles as the radiating media. A transparent window contains the gas particle mixture around

Is Gravitational Radiation a Radiation of the Same Level as Electromagnetic Radiation?
The notion of gravitational radiation as a radiation of the same level as the electromagnetic radiation is based on the theoretically proven and experimentally confirmed facts of the existence of stationary states of an electron in its gravitational field, characterized by the gravitational constant K = 1042 G (G is Newtonian gravitational constant ...

We analyze cisplatin–DNA adducts (CDAs) and double‐strand breaks (DSBs) in a cell‐cycle‐dependent manner. We find that CDAs form similarly across all cell cycle phases. DSBs arise only in S‐phase. CDAs might not directly impair DSB repair, but S‐phase DSB lesions evolve in the presence of CDAs and disrupt repair in G2, also causing radiosensitization ...

On protection of Freedom's solar dynamic radiator from the orbital debris environment. Part 2: Further testing and analyses [PDF]
Presented here are results of a test program undertaken to further define the response of the solar dynamic radiator to hypervelocity impact (HVI). Tests were conducted on representative radiator panels (under ambient, nonoperating conditions) over a ...

Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...

Design of Stress Release Support Mechanism for Large-Size Body-Mounted Radiator
In order to reduce the influence of temperature deformation of large-size body-mounted radiators on the observation accuracy of space station telescopes and adapt to launch vibration loads, this paper proposes a floating combination stress release ...
