Resonance Raman spectroscopy of single crystals of bacterial cytochrome c4
The application of resonance Raman spectroscopy to single crystals of cytochrome c4 from Pseudomonas aeruginosa is described. The technique is shown to be a suitable method of distinguishing between the oxidised and reduced forms of the protein.

Strain characterization of FinFETs using Raman spectroscopy [PDF]
Metal induced strain in the channel region of silicon (Si) fin-field effect transistor (FinFET) devices has been characterized using Raman spectroscopy. The strain originates from the difference in thermal expansion coefficient of Si and titanium-nitride.
