In this paper we consider discrete random walks on infinite graphs that are generated by copying and shifting one finite (strongly connected) graph into one direction and connecting successive copies always in the same way.

We consider random walks on lattices with finite memory and a finite number of possible steps. Using a local limit theorem, we generalize Polya's theorem to such walks, describe how to compute tail probabilities when the number of steps is large, and obtain asymptotic estimates for the average number of points visited.

This paper reveals how human lactoferrin–albumin fusion (hLF‐HSA) potently suppresses lung adenocarcinoma cell migration. hLF‐HSA upregulates NHE7, leading to Golgi alkalization, disruption of the Golgi secretome, downregulation of MMP1, and reversal of EMT. These findings suggest a novel Golgi‐targeting strategy to suppress cancer cell migration.

Early‐life exposure to a high‐fat diet altered intact Achilles tendons in rat offspring, making them thinner, stiffer, and molecularly distinct even without injury. These findings suggest that developmental high‐fat diet exposure may impair tendon quality and increase susceptibility to mechanical overload or tendon injury later in life.

We introduce and study a family of random processes on trees we call hipster random walks, special instances of which we heuristically connect to the min-plus binary trees introduced by Robin Pemantle and studied by Auffinger and Cable (2017; arXiv:1709.07849), and to the critical random hierarchical lattice studied by Hambly and Jordan (2004).

Time‐restricted feeding (TRF) in mice increased liver fatty acid oxidation and decreased fatty acid biosynthesis. Molecular characterization of covRS mutations in M1UK Streptococcus pyogenes
Group A Streptococcus (GAS) acquires covRS mutations driving a hypervirulent bacterial state, frequently associated with invasive disease‐like necrotizing fasciitis. We demonstrate that the newly emerged M1UK GAS lineage can also acquire these mutations.
