Diversity and complexity in neural organoids
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

Mitochondrial remodeling shapes neural and glial lineage progression by matching metabolic supply with demand. Elevated OXPHOS supports differentiation and myelin formation, while myelin compaction lowers mitochondrial dependence, revealing mitochondria as key drivers of developmental energy adaptation.

Application of Hybrid-Electric Propulsion to ‘Large-Cabin’ Business Aircraft
This paper aims to fill a critical cap in hybrid-electric propulsion (HEP) research by investigating the feasibility of its application on a ‘large-cabin’ business aircraft by 2040, for which key requirements are a long range of at least 6297 km (3400 ...

Combining PTEN protein assessment and transcriptomic profiling of prostate tumors, we uncovered a network enriched in senescence and extracellular matrix (ECM) programs associated with PTEN loss and conserved in a mouse model. We show that PTEN‐deficient cells trigger paracrine remodeling of the surrounding stroma and this information could help ...

Qualitative Prediction of End-to-End Delay in 5G Networks
Accurate end-to-end (E2E) delay prediction is critical for optimizing network performance and ensuring quality of service in 5G networks. This paper investigates two complementary qualitative E2E delay prediction methodologies: a Bayesian approach based ...

Pharmacologic ascorbate (vitamin C) increases ROS, disrupts cellular metabolism, and induces DNA damage in CRPC cells. These effects sensitize tumors to PARP inhibition, producing synergistic growth suppression with olaparib in vitro and significantly delayed tumor progression in vivo. Pyruvate rescue confirms ROS‐dependent activity.
