Resumo Este trabalho teve como objetivo caracterizar o estado nutricional dos idosos cadastrados no Programa Municipal da Terceira Idade (PMTI) situado em Viçosa, Minas Gerais. A população estudada constituiu-se de 183 idosos com idade entre 60 e 90 anos, assistidos pelo PMTI de Viçosa.

The Critical Review of Social Sciences Studies
The present study aimed to translate the Readiness to Change Questionnaire (RCQ) into the Urdu language and to validate its psychometric properties within the Pakistani context. The study was conducted in three phases. Phase I included forward translation, reconciliation, and back translation of the RCQ, conducted by expert psychologists and linguists.
