Non-linear simulations of combustion instabilities with a quasi-1D Navier-Stokes code
As lean premixed combustion systems are more susceptible to combustion instabilities than non-premixed systems, there is an increasing demand for improved numerical design tools that can predict the occurrence of combustion instabilities with high ...

Cell surface interactome analysis identifies TSPAN4 as a negative regulator of PD‐L1 in melanoma
Using cell surface proximity biotinylation, we identified tetraspanin TSPAN4 within the PD‐L1 interactome of melanoma cells. TSPAN4 negatively regulates PD‐L1 expression and lateral mobility by limiting its interaction with CMTM6 and promoting PD‐L1 degradation.

Effect of Inhomogeneous Mixing on Chemical Reaction in a Taylor Vortex Flow Reactor.
Effect of inhomogeneous mixing on chemical reactions in a Taylor vortex flow reactor was experimentally investigated by using a second-order reaction system. The flow-visualization experiment by a laser induced fluorescence method was also carried out to observe the cross-sectional view of mixing behavior in the inside of Taylor vortex cells.

Nucleosynthesis in Baryon-Rich Outflows Associated With Gamma-Ray Bursts
Robust generation of gamma-ray bursts (GRBs) implies the formation of outflows with very low baryon loads and highly relativistic velocities, but more baryon-rich, slower outflows are also likely to occur in most GRB central engine scenarios, either as ``

Therapeutic strategies for MMAE‐resistant bladder cancer through DPP4 inhibition
We established monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE)‐resistant bladder cancer (BC) cell lines by exposure to progressively increasing concentrations of MMAE in vitro. RNA sequencing showed DPP4 expression was increased in MMAE‐resistant BC cells. Both si‐DPP4 and the DPP4 inhibitor sitagliptin suppressed the viability of MMAE‐resistant BC cells.

Nanosecond infrared laser (NIRL) low‐volume sampling combined with shotgun lipidomics uncovers distinct lipidome alterations in oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OPSCC) of the palatine tonsil. Several lipid species consistently differentiate tumor from healthy tissue, highlighting their potential as diagnostic markers.

Advances in State-to-State Reaction Rate Coefficients for High-Temperature Nonequilibrium Flows
During cruise and re-entry phases, hypersonic vehicles generate high post-shock temperatures reaching several thousand to tens of thousands of Kelvin, inducing complex physicochemical processes that critically affect gas radiation and aerodynamic heating.

Thin front propagation in random shear flows
Front propagation in time dependent laminar flows is investigated in the limit of very fast reaction and very thin fronts, i.e. the so-called geometrical optics limit.
