A freestanding PVA‐PBFDO conductive dry electrode combines high conductivity, flexibility, and environmental stability to enable long‐term, high‐fidelity electrophysiological (EP) signal monitoring. Its patterning capability further facilitates the fabrication of wearable and multi‐channel bioelectronic devices.

Ordered assembly of Cas12a for better performance of CRISPR/Cas system with application to the diagnosis of dental caries

Here, we present a tetrahedral DNA framework (TDF)‐mediated Cas12a ordered assembly strategy. TDFs arrange CRISPR/Cas12a into ordered structures controllably, enhancing catalytic efficiency through localized Cas12a hotspots while maintaining spatial intervals to facilitate substrate diffusion.
