Systemic Arterial Stiffness in Reversible Cerebral Vasoconstriction Syndrome: A Prospective Case–Control Study

No significant differences were observed at any stage of the RCVS course between patients and controls. Systemic arterial stiffness, as assessed by PWV, remained normal and stable throughout the course of RCVS. No systemic complication has been detected during the RCVS course.

Pathogenic Gαo Mutants Drive Dominant GPCR Coupling in GNAO1 Encephalopathies

Mutations in GNAO1, the gene encoding Gαo, are associated with a wide range of neurodevelopmental disorders. In this study, we show that Gαo variants linked to the most severe patient phenotypes fail to disengage from activated Gi/o‐coupled GPCRs, thereby blocking GRK‐mediated receptor phosphorylation and internalization.

Tumor‐Derived Interleukin 35 Promotes Fibrosis in the Tumor Microenvironment of Pancreatic Cancer by Activating Pancreatic Stellate Cells

This study demonstrates that tumor‐derived IL‐35 promotes pancreatic cancer fibrosis by indirectly activating pancreatic stellate cells through IGFBP2/IGF‐1R/PI3K‐Akt and Tsp‐1/TGF‐β pathways.
