G‐Quadruplexes: Structural Diversity and Emerging Roles in Biomolecular Condensation

G‐quadruplexes (G4s) fold into diverse intra‐ and intermolecular structures, positioning them as emerging regulators of biomolecular condensation. Mechanistically, G4s autonomously form condensates, act as structural platforms to initiate and stimulate condensation, or induce phase transitions.

Mitogenic signaling by Gq/11-coupled receptors

By binding to their cognate GPCRs, many potent mitogens such as neuropeptides, angiotensin II or lysophosphatidic acid stimulate cell proliferation via engaging the ERK/MAPK cascade. As mentioned before, agonists stimulating Gq/11-coupled receptors activate PLCb isoforms thereby activating PKCs and elevating [Ca2+]i.

Harmonizing Rigidity and Flexibility: Embedding COF Quantum Dots Into Extracellular Matrix Gel as Carbon Monoxide Depot for Acoustically Triggered Time‐Programmable Anti‐Infective Therapy

A rigid‑flexible integrated CO depot is engineered by embedding rigid COFQDs into a flexible ECM gel network. The rigid framework enables high‑capacity CO storage and sonodynamic bacterial killing, while the flexible ECM gel controls sustained CO release, collectively eradicating multidrug‑resistant infection and promoting scarless healing.

Pasta, a Versatile Transcriptomic Clock, Maps the Chemical and Genetic Determinants of Aging and Rejuvenation

Pasta is a transcriptomic aging clock built on an age‐shift learning framework and trained on 17 000 samples across 21 datasets.
