Establishment of the irrigated rice cultivar SCSBRS Tio Taka by recurrent selection
This study aimed to present and discuss the recurrent selection methodology used in the development of the rice cultivar SCSBRS Tio Taka. This cultivar, derived from the population CNA-IRAT 4, achieves high yields and has agronomic traits related to a ...

Stateful Premise Selection by Recurrent Neural Networks
In this work we develop a new learning-based method for selecting facts (premises) when proving new goals over large formal libraries. Unlike previous methods that choose sets of facts independently of each other by their rank, the new method uses the notion of state that is updated each time a choice of a fact is made.

Association between grain yield, grain quality and morpho-physiological traits along ten cycles of recurrent selection in bread wheat (triticum aestivum L.) [PDF]
The objective of the present investigation was to examine the relationships between agronomical behavior and grain quality along ten cycles of a recurrent selection program performed under rainfed condition. Twenty-four lines, four for each one of the 0,

Radioimmunolocalization and selection for surgery in recurrent colorectal cancer
Abstract The value of radioimmunolocalization (RIL) of cancer depends on its performance in situations where the result determines the choice of management. A rise in serum carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) values after apparently curative resection of colorectal cancer implies localized, resectable recurrence in some patients and ...

Reciprocal control of viral infection and phosphoinositide dynamics
Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress. The central role of phosphoinositides in infection highlights phosphoinositide metabolism as a promising antiviral target.

Dynamic recontracting processes with multiple indivisible goods [PDF]
We consider multiple-type housing markets. To capture the dynamic aspect of trade in such markets, we study a dynamic recontracting process similar to the one introduced by Serrano and Volij (2005).
