Abstract Post-tetanic potentiation was examined in a number of monosynaptic reflex pathways of the hind leg and lower lumbar region of the spinal cord in decerebrate, high and low spinalized, and intact rats. Relatively little post-tetanic potentiation, even following severe tetani, was observed.
