Hans Journal of Ophthalmology, 2017 目的：评估索维屈光筛查仪与Suresight屈光筛查仪在儿童屈光筛查中的一致性，评价索维屈光筛查仪在筛查工作中的应用价值。方法：前瞻性研究。对321例5个月~6岁儿童共642眼分别使用索维屈光筛查仪与Suresight屈光筛查仪进行屈光筛查，对结果采用Pearson相关分析，差异比较采用配对t检验。进一步按年龄分组，比较两种筛查方法得到的球镜、柱镜的屈光值的屈光分布特征。以百分位数确定95%参考值范围。结果：Pearson相关分析显示两种仪器测得的无论球镜值、柱镜值还是柱镜轴向，都具有统计学相关性。索维球镜平均值为0.28 ± 0.62D，Suresight球镜平均值为1.56 ± 0.68D，两者之间差异有统计学意义(t = −55.692, P < 0.01)。柱镜度两者之间差异有统计学意义(t
