Massive Proteinuria which Rapidly Resolved after Discontinuation of Regorafenib

open access: yes, 2021
: Regorafenib is treatment option of cancers. It is associated with several adverse effects, including proteinuria. We report a massive proteinuria associated with regorafenib which resolved quickly after discontinuation of the drug.

Precision Oncology via Radiotherapy‐Triggered Drug Delivery: Mechanisms, Molecular Engineering, and Clinical Translation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 52, 18 September 2026.
This review redefines radiotherapy‐triggered drug delivery systems through structural disassembly and molecular actuation, proposing a translation‐oriented framework for dose‐correlated activation to advance clinically integrated precision oncology. ABSTRACT Radiotherapy‐triggered drug delivery systems (RDDS) promise to integrate the spatial precision ...

Prognostic Impact of Metastasis Timing in Metastatic Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors: A Multicenter Retrospective Cohort Study

open access: yesAnnals of Gastroenterological Surgery, Volume 10, Issue 5, Page 1663-1672, September 2026.
ABSTRACT Background Gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs) commonly metastasize to the liver and peritoneum. Metastases may be detected synchronously at the time of initial diagnosis or develop metachronously after curative‐intent resection. Nonetheless, the prognostic significance of metastasis timing in advanced GIST remains unclear.

Bevacizumab plus nab‐paclitaxel and platinum as second‐line therapy for driver‐gene‐negative non‐squamous non‐small cell lung cancer after immunochemotherapy: A prospective single‐arm single‐centre study

open access: yesClinical and Translational Medicine, Volume 16, Issue 9, September 2026.
This study prospectively evaluated the efficacy and safety of the bevacizumab, nab‐paclitaxel and platinum combination as a second‐line therapy for driver‐gene‐negative advanced non‐squamous non‐small cell lung cancer after immunochemotherapy. The confirmed objective response rate was 46.4%.

EGFR bypass activation mediates acquired resistance to regorafenib in hepatocellular carcinoma

open access: yesFrontiers in Medicine
BackgroundRegorafenib, a tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI), is used in the treatment of unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). However, the occurrence of acquired resistance limits its antitumor efficacy.

Circulating tumour DNA to guide rechallenge with cetuximab plus irinotecan in RAS/BRAF wild‐type metastatic colorectal cancer: A nonrandomised clinical trial

open access: yesClinical and Translational Medicine, Volume 16, Issue 9, September 2026.
For patients with refractory mCRC and preserved RAS/BRAF wild‐type status, ctDNA‐guided rechallenge of cetuximab combined with irinotecan represents a viable therapeutic avenue, offering durable disease control without compromising tolerability. Our findings underscore that optimising the screening time interval is crucial for maximising therapeutic ...
