On GP-InjectivityWith Some Types of Rings [PDF]

open access: yesمجلة التربية والعلم, 2007
The purpose of this paper is to study GP-injective modules and give some of it is properties. Also, we proved: (1) If every simple right R-module is GP-injective, and R is reversible ring, then R is a right weakly -regular.

EDNRB‐dependent endothelin signaling reduces proliferation and promotes proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition in gliomas

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated

Graphs Induced by W-Regular Rings With Application to Zpn

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences
A ring R is called W-regular if for any non-nilpotent element a of R, there exists an element b of R such that a=aba. This ring is generalized to a regular ring and is a special type of π-regular ring; therefore, some results on rings that are regular ...

On n-flat modules and n-Von Neumann regular rings

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 2006
We show that each R-module is n-flat (resp., weakly n-flat) if and only if R is an (n,n−1)-ring (resp., a weakly (n,n−1)-ring). We also give a new characterization of n-Von Neumann regular rings and a characterization of weak n-Von Neumann regular rings ...

Classification of Boolean algebras through von Neumann regular $\mathcal{C}^{\infty}-$rings [PDF]

open access: yesCategories and General Algebraic Structures with Applications
In this paper, we introduce the concept of a ``von Neumann regular $\mathcal{C}^{\infty}$-ring", which is a model for a specific equational theory.

FORMALLY REGULAR RINGS AND DESCENT OF REGULARITY

open access: yesJournal of the Institute of Mathematics of Jussieu
AbstractValuation rings and perfectoid rings are examples of (usually non-Noetherian) rings that behave in some sense like regular rings. We give and study an extension of the concept of regular local rings to non-Noetherian rings so that it includes valuation and perfectoid rings and it is related to Grothendieck’s definition of formal smoothness as ...

Regularity Conditions in Nonnoetherian Rings [PDF]

open access: yesTransactions of the American Mathematical Society, 1971
We show that properties of R R -sequences and the Koszul complex which hold for noetherian local rings do not hold for ...

Keratin 19 as a prognostic marker and contributing factor of metastasis and chemoresistance in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

Adaptor protein CIN85 potentiates the motility of osteosarcoma cells via the Akt/mTOR and MMP2‐COL3A1 axis

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
CIN85 is highly expressed in osteosarcoma, particularly in metastatic lesions. Its overexpression increases cell migration and Matrigel invasion, while silencing CIN85 suppresses these behaviors. Transcriptome analysis shows that CIN85 regulates MMP2, COL3A1, and Akt/mTOR signaling. Targeting these pathways reverses CIN85‐induced motility, highlighting

Exchange rings in which all regular elements are one-sided unit-regular [PDF]

open access: yes, 2008
summary:Let $R$ be an exchange ring in which all regular elements are one-sided unit-regular. Then every regular element in $R$ is the sum of an idempotent and a one-sided unit.
