Urinary Fusobacterium nucleatum–derived outer membrane vesicles are shown to promote bladder cancer lymphatic metastasis. The vesicle protein FomA activates TLR2/NF‐κB signaling in tumor cells, induces IL‐6 secretion, and drives M2b macrophage polarization and VEGF‐C–dependent lymphangiogenesis, revealing a microbiota‐driven mechanism linking tumor ...

Unexplained recurrent implantation failure (RIF) represents a significant clinical challenge. Our results demonstrate that reduced lactate production in the RIF endometrium impairs the suppression of cytotoxic CD8+ T‑cells, allowing their proliferation and thereby disrupting the local immune balance essential for successful embryo implantation.

Harnessing Phase Separation for the Development of High‐Performance Hydrogels
ABSTRACT Hydrogels are indispensable for the development of next‐generation bioelectronics, soft robotics, and biomedical devices, where their mechanical properties determine performance and reliability. Among strategies to enhance hydrogel mechanics, phase separation enables controlled heterogeneity resulting in gel networks that are reinforced by ...

Trained Memory of Uterine Macrophages Improves Subsequent Pregnancy Outcomes
This study identifies that pregnancy imprints a durable, pregnancy‐specific form of trained immune memory in uterine macrophages, marked by the emergence of LILRB3+/PIR‐B+ cells that expand across gestations, acquire a tolerogenic and metabolically rewired phenotype, and actively protect against inflammatory pregnancy loss in mice.
