We investigate whether Montessori and traditional schooling systems shape the developmental trajectory of large‐scale brain dynamics in different ways. We quantify the arrow of time (“non‐reversibility”) in neural activity during resting state and movie‐watching, revealing distinct maturational patterns.

An adhesive hydrogel depot with polyphenol‐armored nanogenes is developed for treating aged osteoarthritis. This system maintains miR‐140 bioactivity, prolongs its intra‐articular retention, and enhances transfection into chondrocytes, leading to the downregulation of senescence‐associated pathways.

Fixed interval reinforcement for a situational response [PDF]
The present study examined fixed interval reinforcement of a situational response in a shuttlebox for pigeons. In Experiment 1 the response, being in the responding color, was reinforced on an FI schedule and compared with behavior generated by a fixed ...

Reinforcement: A test of Premack's differential probability rules
According to Premack's (1959) basic assumptions, reinforcement will occur only in a contingency relationship where the independent probability of the contingent response is higher than the independent probability of the instrumental response.

Organoid Brain‐Machine‐Interface Devices for Central Nervous System Repair
We envision organoid brain‐machine‐interface (Organoid‐BMI) devices as new biohybrid bidirectional communication pathways to connect the human CNS and the external world for personalized CNS repair and regeneration. ABSTRACT Central nervous system (CNS) repair and regeneration suffer from tremendous clinical challenges due to current limitations in ...
