Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.

Boundaries of Relatively Hyperbolic Groups
Boundaries of relatively hyperbolic groups are useful invariants that have been studied extensively. This work uses the boundary to show that a certain class of groups is closed under quasi-isometry, and shows that there is not generic behavior of the ...

Antiradical Activity of Porphyrins with a Diisobornylphenol Fragment at the Macrocycle Periphery
This article focuses on the antiradical activity of a number of 2,6-diisobornylphenol-porphyrin conjugates with various spacers between the porphyrin and phenolic fragments in the model reaction of ethylbenzene oxidation initiated by azoisobutyric acid ...

Targeted therapy was evaluated in SHH medulloblastoma using neuroepithelial stem cell (NES) and tumor‐derived NES‐like (tNES) models in 2D monolayers and 3D spheroids. PI3K, AKT, and CDK4/6 inhibitors had minimal effects in NES but markedly reduced viability and growth and induced apoptosis in tNES cells, revealing distinct therapeutic vulnerabilities.

McCool groups of toral relatively hyperbolic groups
The outer automorphism group Out(G) of a group G acts on the set of conjugacy classes of elements of G. McCool proved that the stabilizer $Mc(c_1,...,c_n)$ of a finite set of conjugacy classes is finitely presented when G is free.

Discussion of Fracture Criteria in Spall Mechanics
An analysis of variety of spall criteria is discussed in this paper. Some mechanisms of the free surface creation in spall are discussed, including cleavage and fibrous separation.

In the present work, we have identified a transcriptional signature based on the differential expression of six genes (BCL2&MAST4, HSH2D&LAT2, METRN&PITPNM2) that would facilitate the early detection of T‐cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T‐ALL) patients prone to a poor treatment response and could be implemented at diagnosis, along with other risk ...

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Splittings and automorphisms of relatively hyperbolic groups
Minor modifications. To appear in Geometry Groups and Dynamics.International audienceWe study automorphisms of a relatively hyperbolic group G. When G is one-ended, we describe Out(G) using a preferred JSJ tree over subgroups that are virtually cyclic or

Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.
