Reliability and Sensitivity Analysis of Trusses
ZAMM - Journal of Applied Mathematics and Mechanics / Zeitschrift für Angewandte Mathematik und Mechanik, 2000AbstractAn approach for integrating the random nature of load with elastic‐plastic strains of the structure and calculating the reliability and sensitivity of trusses is presented. The paper contains some theoretical basis and practical proposition for solving the problem. Some numerical results are shown.

Reliability sensitivity based on first-order reliability method
Proceedings of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, Part C: Journal of Mechanical Engineering Science, 2011A new efficient and accurate method for reliability sensitivity analysis of mechanical components is proposed based on the first-order reliability method (FORM). This method provides very close approximate solutions for strongly non-linear limit state functions with independent normal random variables.

Reliability of global sensitivity indices
Journal of Statistical Computation and Simulation, 2011Uncertainty and sensitivity analysis is an essential ingredient of model development and applications. For many uncertainty and sensitivity analysis techniques, sensitivity indices are calculated based on a relatively large sample to measure the importance of parameters in their contributions to uncertainties in model outputs.
