Hypertrophic scar fibroblasts membrane‐hybridized cationic transfersomes enable efficient loading and transdermal delivery of TGF‐β1 siRNA through multiple skin penetration pathways. The biomimetic platform enhances homotypic targeting, transfection, and immune evasion, suppresses TGF‐β1‐driven fibrotic signaling, and reduces extracellular matrix ...

CD72hi macrophages drive endothelial pyroptosis and accelerate atherosclerosis through CXCL12–CXCR4‐mediated immune–vascular crosstalk. Ilexoside K suppresses this pathogenic communication by modulating CXCR4‐dependent endothelial responses, reducing inflammation and plaque progression. These findings reveal a macrophage–endothelial regulatory axis and

Non‐invasive low‐intensity pulsed ultrasound ‐triggered cavitation of clinically approved diagnostic‐grade microbubbles delivers favorable mechanical stimuli to renal microvasculature. This intervention restores renal microvascular homeostasis, alleviates DKD‐associated histological and functional damage, and suppresses inflammatory and fibrotic ...

This diagram illustrates that MIIP suppresses tumor‐associated neutrophils infiltration and NETs formation by binding to PKR, which impairs the PKR–IKKβ interaction and attenuates NF‐κB/IL‐8 axis activation, thereby inhibiting colorectal cancer progression. This mechanism highlights a promising therapeutic target for CRC patients.
