KDM7A and KDM1A inhibition suppresses tumour promoting pathways in prostate cancer
Treatment resistance is a major challenge for patients with advanced prostate cancer. This study examined an alternative approach to target the major prostate cancer‐promoting pathway by targeting epigenetic factors, whose levels are higher in tumours.

joineR: Joint modelling of repeated measurements and time-to-event data [PDF]
The joineR package implements methods for analysing data from longitudinal studies in which the response from each subject consists of a time-sequence of repeated measurements and a possibly censored time-toevent outcome.

This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

Optimal two treatment circular repeated measurements designs up to four periods
We focus on circular repeated measurements designs with t = 2 treatments, n experimental units, and p = 2, 3, 4 periods. Our aim is to obtain ϕ-optimal designs, for the estimation of contrasts of direct and residual effects jointly, over the class of all

Combining osimertinib with the STING agonist ADU‐S100 activates innate and adaptive immunity to overcome the non‐inflamed microenvironment of Egfr‐mutant lung cancer. This combination increases NK and CD8+ T‐cell infiltration, associated with activation of the STING‐IRF3 pathway and local immunogenic cell death.

A test for repeated measurements designs with high dimensional data
Thesis (Ph.D. (Statistics))--National Institute of Development Administration, 2011Repeated measurements across time on the same subject are frequently observed in several scientific fields.

We identify USP29 as the only DUB mirroring CA9 expression, a marker of hypoxia and HIF pathway activation associated with PCA aggressiveness. USP29 stabilizes HIF‐1α and HIF‐2α via a noncanonical mechanism that is independent of PHD/pVHL activity yet relies on proteasomal regulation, establishing USP29 as a previously unrecognized regulator of hypoxic

Trend-free repeated measurement designs [PDF]
The existence and non-existence of trend-free repeated measurement designs are investigated. Two families of efficient / optimal trend-free repeated measurement designs have been identified and methods of construction of these designs are ...

A simulation study to achieve PeV-scale neutrino–proton collisions via staggered beamlines
This paper introduces a novel accelerator-based method to achieve neutrino–proton interactions at energies from 10 to 100 PeV in a controlled laboratory environment. By employing a staggered configuration of a pion decay tunnel and a proton beamline, the
