XML Data Integrity Based on Concatenated Hash Function [PDF]

open access: yes, 2009
Data integrity is the fundamental for data authentication. A major problem for XML data authentication is that signed XML data can be copied to another document but still keep signature valid. This is caused by XML data integrity protecting.

Vibration fatigue comparative test and life prediction for titanium alloy connection structures

open access: yesHangkong gongcheng jinzhan
A large number of mechanical connection structures in aircraft face vibration fatigue problems, and the evaluation of vibration fatigue performance is the key to determine the service life, safety design and evaluation of the structure.

Big Research Data Integration

open access: yes, 2019
The paper presents a vision about a new paradigm of data integration in the context of the scientific world, where data integration is instrumental in exploratory studies carried out by research teams. It briefly overviews the technological challenges to be faced in order to successfully carry out the traditional approach to data integration.

ABL kinase‐dependent phosphorylation of SH proteins promotes their direct interaction with CRK family SH2 domains

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
CT10 regulator of kinase (CRK) and CRK‐Like (CRKL) are signaling adaptors driving cell adhesion, motility, differentiation, and proliferation. SH2‐domain containing (SH) proteins are enriched in YXXP motifs which when phosphorylated create preferred binding sites for CRK family SH2 domains.

Research on influence law of circuit parameters on heating characteristics of graphite heating elements

open access: yesHangkong gongcheng jinzhan
Circuit parameters are the decisive factors for the heating performance of graphite heating elements, and the research on the influence of circuit parameters is the basis for the design of high-performance and high-reliability graphite heaters.

The role of miR‐335‐5p in the redifferentiation of BRAF p.V600E thyroid cancers

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The BRAF p.V600E mutation promotes thyroid cancer dedifferentiation and radioiodine resistance. Using a network approach, we identified miR‐335‐5p as a key regulator of BRAF‐mutated thyroid tumors. Restoring miR‐335‐5p increased thyroid‐specific gene expression and iodine uptake in cells and organoids.

TRAIL‐PEG‐Apt‐PLGA nanosystem as an aptamer‐targeted drug delivery system potential for triple‐negative breast cancer therapy using in vivo mouse model

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...
