Dynamic Scene 3D Reconstruction of an Uncooperative Resident Space Object
Characterization of uncooperative Resident Space Objects (RSO) play a crucial role in On-Orbit Servicing (OOS) and Active Debris Removal (ADR) missions to assess the geometry and motion properties. To address the challenges of reconstructing tumbling uncooperative targets, this study evaluates the performance of existing state-of-the-art 3D ...

Dormant cancer cells can hide in distant organs for years, evading treatment and the immune system. This review highlights how signals from the surrounding tissue and immune environment keep these cells inactive or trigger their reawakening. Understanding these mechanisms may help develop therapies to eliminate or control dormant cells and prevent ...

Conjunction Analysis Software Suite for Space Surveillance and Tracking
The increasing number of objects in Earth orbit has encouraged the development of space surveillance and tracking (SST) applications. A critical aspect of SST is the identification and characterization of close encounters between pairs of space objects ...

Single‐cell multi‐omics reveals epigenetic heterogeneity across therapy‐adaptive tumor states, including quiescent/dormant, drug‐tolerant persister, and EMT‐like phenotypes. By linking regulatory features with state‐associated biomarkers, these approaches inform biomarker‐guided therapeutic strategies for evolving tumors.

RESIDENT SPACE OBJECT IDENTIFICATION IN ARBITRARY UNRESOLVED SPACE IMAGES
Identifying resident space objects (RSOs) in arbitrary space imagery with little a-priori information is a challenging, yet crucial next step in space-domain awareness applications.

Prediction and Image Formation for Serendipitous Resident Space Object Underflights of Landsat 8
Non-Earth imaging (NEI) of resident space objects (RSO) has become more readily available recently due to an expanding commercial sector focusing specifically on the NEI task, as well as high spatial resolution Earth imaging systems being agile enough to

Drug resistance limits treatment success in a subset of lung cancers driven by ROS1 gene alterations. Using patient‐derived cells and computer simulations, we studied three key mutations and how they affect five targeted drugs. The mutations reduced drug effectiveness in different ways by altering protein structure and behavior.

Resident Space Object (RSO) Tracking in Space-Based, Low Resolution, Non-Constant-Attitude Imagery
Resident Space Objects (RSOs) are a collection of both man-made and natural objects in near-Earth space. Given their large orbital velocities and rapidly increasing quantity, they pose a collision threat to space assets, necessitating better Space ...

BCL9 and BCL9L drive bladder cancer progression by enhancing β‐catenin signaling, promoting proliferation, migration, invasion, and organoid growth. Genetic depletion of BCL9(L) suppresses malignant phenotypes, while pharmacological disruption of the β‐catenin/BCL9(L) complex with ZW4864 inhibits canonical Wnt signaling and tumor‐associated cellular ...
