Concurrent nonvolatile resistance and capacitance switching in LaAlO3
We report on the correlated nonvolatile resistance and capacitance switching in Pt/LaAlO3/Nb:SrTiO3 heterostructures. The pristine devices show the typical characteristics of a Schottky junction; however, after forming, a reverse bias switches the device

Molecular characterization of covRS mutations in M1UK Streptococcus pyogenes
Group A Streptococcus (GAS) acquires covRS mutations driving a hypervirulent bacterial state, frequently associated with invasive disease‐like necrotizing fasciitis. We demonstrate that the newly emerged M1UK GAS lineage can also acquire these mutations.

Complementary Resistive Switches.
Size reduction of transistors has been the main reason for a successful development of computer systems over the last decades. Since the downscaling of transistors is assumed to come to an end within the next years, alternative technologies involving significantly less area consumption and an ongoing scaling potential are required.

Sex Differences in Medication Discontinuation in Axial Spondyloarthritis
Objective We examined sex differences in medication discontinuation among patients with axial spondyloarthritis (axSpA) initiating tumor necrosis factor inhibitors (TNFi), interleukin‐17 inhibitors (IL‐17i), or JAK inhibitors (JAKi). Methods Using data from the Rheumatology Informatics System for Effectiveness (RISE) Registry (2003–2025), we assessed ...

This study presents a reversible temperature sensor with high switching ratio, ∼103. The device is fabricated using PET‐ITO and carbon nanotube dispersions in alkane. Considering its application in cold chain logistics, a proof‐of‐concept with LED is showcased. Thus, a temperature drop below the threshold temperature (crystallization temperature of the

Reversible Multi-level Resistance Switching of Ag-La0.7Ca0.3MnO3-Pt Heterostructures
Resistance random access memory (RRAM) has attracted intense attention in recent years for the potential application as nonvolatile memory. One of the tempting properties of RRAM is the multi-level memory, in which several resistance states can be ...
