Mechanical Activation of Piezo1 Drives Osteoarthritis Through Kdm5c‐Mediated Epigenetic Silencing

Excessive mechanical stress activates Piezo1, triggering Ca2+‐dependent cytoskeletal forces that deform the nucleus and reduce H3K4me3. Kdm5c demethylates H3K4me3 at Col2a1 and Runx3 promoters. Controllable Carbon Shell Encapsulation via Rapid Joule Heating Calcination for High‐Performance Asymmetric Supercapacitor With Suppressed Self‐Discharge and Robust Cycling Stability

The H‐Fe3O4@C negative electrode and H‐NiCo2S4@C positive electrode are designed through a controllable carbon shell encapsulation strategy. The as‐constructed asymmetric supercapacitor presents robust cycling stability with 93.7% capacity retention after 25 000 cycles.

Synergistic Effect of Gradient Conductivity and Gradient Microstructures Enabled Ultrasensitive and Ultrabroad Linear Flexible Tactile Sensors

A design of double gradient effect is proposed to resolve the contradictory optimization on sensitivity and linearity of piezoresistive tactile sensors. The ultrawide linearity is realized by the sequential trigger of pressure‐induced gradient conductivity‐enabled linear current owing to the gradient microstructures.
