Efficacy of Full and Limited Endoscopic Sinus Surgery in Chronic Rhinosinusitis With Nasal Polyps: A Randomised Controlled Trial

Both Full and Limited FESS result in clinically meaningful relief of disease‐specific HRQoL and nasal breathing, effectively improving nasal symptoms and sleep disturbance in CRSwNP patients.
