An Asymptotic Solution for Surface Fields on a Dielectric-Coated Circular Cylinder with an Effective Impedance Boundary Condition. [PDF]
Reverberation chambers are well known for providing a random-like electric field distribution. Detection of directivity or gain thereof requires an adequate procedure and smart post-processing.

Novel reverberating chamber: the source-stirred chamber
The idea of the source-stirred chamber for performing electromagnetic compatibility measurements is introduced in this paper. The electromagnetic field inside the conducting rectangular chamber with arbitrary dimensions is obtained using the corresponding dyadic Green's function.

We developed an implantable dual‐drug depot using GelMA for bone metastasis treatment, co‐delivering MSA‐2 and αB7‐H3‐loaded CaCO3 microparticles. Sustained release from GelMA scaffold enables MSA‐2 to activate STING signaling and enhance T‐cell infiltration and activation, while sequentially released αB7‐H3 blocks MSA‐2‐induced B7‐H3 upregulation ...

Parametric Testing of Metasurface Stirrers for Metasurfaced Reverberation Chambers
In this paper, the correlation coefficients and the total scattering cross sections (TSCSs) for different types of metasurfaced stirrers and the traditional metallic stirrer, and the effects on field uniformity when such stirrers are used in ...

On Measurement of Reverberation Chamber Time Constant and Related Curve Fitting Techniques [PDF]
The reverberation chamber time constant quantifies how fast a reverberation chamber loses its stored energy at different frequencies, which makes it a very important parameter in many power related tests, such as the measurement of antenna efficiency ...

Randall's plaques (RP) serve as the nidus for calcium oxalate (CaOx) kidney stones. The current study reveals that hydroxyapatite (HAP) crystals activate the THY1–GSK3α/β–β‐catenin axis in renal interstitial fibroblasts (hRIFs), inducing FASLG secretion.

Comparative evaluation of predicted and measured performance of a 68-cubic meter truncated reverberant noise chamber [PDF]
The performance of a medium size, truncated reverberation chamber is evaluated in detail. Chamber performance parameters are predicted, using classical acoustic theory, and are compared to results from actual chamber measurements.

Laterally spreading tumors (LSTs) are precancerous colorectal lesions characterized by a flat morphology. This study reveals a mechanochemical pathway through which a soft matrix microenvironment diminishes spatial constraints in intestinal adenomas. This process promotes deficiencies in tight junction proteins, mediated by the mechanoreceptor ADORA2B ...

Experimental Verification of the Weibull Distribution in a Reverberation Chamber
A Weibull distribution has been proposed for the probability density function (PDF) of the magnitude of the E-field in a reverberation chamber (RC). However, the Weibull distribution has two parameters, and if the parameters are position sensitive, the ...

Probability Distribution of the Quality Factor of a Mode-Stirred Reverberation Chamber
We derive a probability distribution, confidence intervals and statistics of the quality (Q) factor of an arbitrarily shaped mode-stirred reverberation chamber, based on ensemble distributions of the idealized random cavity field with assumed perfect ...
