The role of miR‐335‐5p in the redifferentiation of BRAF p.V600E thyroid cancers
The BRAF p.V600E mutation promotes thyroid cancer dedifferentiation and radioiodine resistance. Using a network approach, we identified miR‐335‐5p as a key regulator of BRAF‐mutated thyroid tumors. Restoring miR‐335‐5p increased thyroid‐specific gene expression and iodine uptake in cells and organoids.

In this study, a novel silicon carbide (SiC) double-trench MOSFET (DT-MOS) combined Schottky barrier diode (SBD) and MOS-channel diode (MCD) is proposed and investigated using TCAD simulations. The integrated MCD helps inactivate the parasitic body diode

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

Reliability Assessment of 650-V Schottky p-GaN HEMTs Under Reverse Conduction Stress [PDF]
The GaN-based high-electron mobility transistors (HEMTs) can operate efficiently in reverse conduction mode without requiring an intrinsic antiparallel diode, reducing power losses and enabling higher switching frequencies.

Bond valence analysis of reverse Monte Carlo produces structural models; A way to understand ion conduction in glasses [PDF]
Reverse Monte Carlo (RMC) modelling is now widely used for obtaining structural models of amorphous materials that are in quantitative agreement with available experimental structure data.

In this explorative study, the abundance of circular RNA molecules in bone marrow stem cells was found to be elevated in patients with high‐risk myelodysplastic neoplasms, and to be associated with an increased risk of progression to acute myeloid leukemia.

Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) reduces growth of HPV‐positive cervical cancer spheroids and induces ferroptosis in cervical cancer cells via blocking SLC7A11/Glutathione (GSH) axis. Combination of subcytotoxic doses of DMF and cisplatin (CDDP) further suppresses spheroid growth and drives cell death in 2D culture models.

Error analysis of forward and reverse heat conduction and convection calculations considering uncertainties in welding [PDF]
Numerical models of fusion welding traditionally compute temperature field for a given set of welding conditions in a forward manner. The reliability of computed temperature profile depends on the accuracy of a number of model input parameters, values of
