Ergodicity of the tip of an SLE curve [PDF]
We first prove that, for $\kappa\in(0,4)$, a whole-plane SLE$(\kappa;\kappa+2)$ trace stopped at a fixed capacity time satisfies reversibility. We then use this reversibility result to prove that, for $\kappa\in(0,4)$, a chordal SLE$_\kappa$ curve ...

We analyzed alterations of PAR metabolism‐related proteins in PARG inhibitor‐resistant HCT116RPDD cells. Although PARG levels remained unchanged, HCT116RPDD cells exhibited reduced PARP1 and ARH3 expression and elevated PAR levels. Interestingly, HCT116RPDD cells exhibited slightly elevated intracellular NAD+/NADH and ATP levels. Our findings suggest a

Unique biological samples, such as site‐specific mutant proteins, are available only in limited quantities. Here, we present a polarization‐resolved transient infrared spectroscopy setup with referencing to improve signal‐to‐noise tailored towards tracing small signals. We provide an overview of characterizing the excitation conditions for polarization‐

The role of lipid metabolism in neuronal senescence
Disrupted lipid metabolism, through alterations in lipid species or lipid droplet accumulation, can drive neuronal senescence. However, lipid dyshomeostasis can also occur alongside neuronal senescence, further amplifying tissue damage. Delineating how lipid‐induced senescence emerges in neurons and glial cells, and how it contributes to ageing and ...

Nuclear pore links Fob1‐dependent rDNA damage relocation to lifespan control
Damaged rDNA accumulates at a specific perinuclear interface that couples nucleolar escape with nuclear envelope association. Nuclear pores at this site help inhibit Fob1‐induced rDNA instability. This spatial organization of damage handling supports a functional link between nuclear architecture, rDNA stability, and replicative lifespan in yeast.

Immuncontraception Reversibility Test of Goat Zona Pellucida-3 (gZP3) on Mice (Mus musculus)
The aim of this study was to prove the reversibility of gZP3 protein on mice as an animal model. Treatment group of mice (Mus musculus) were immunized with 40 g goat zona pellucida-3 (gZP3) as an anti fertility agent. Control group of mice were injected

Enzymes of the 2‐hydroxyacyl‐CoA lyase group catalyze the condensation of formyl‐CoA with aldehydes or ketones. Thus, by structural adaptation of active sites, practically any pharmaceutically and industrially important 2‐hydroxyacid could be biotechnologically synthesized. Combining crystal structure analysis, active site mutations and kinetic assays,

Word order in the context of extensional and intensional events in Austrian Sign Language (ÖGS)
This study examines the impact of the semantics of events and their participants on syntax (word order) in Austrian Sign Language (ÖGS), replicating and extending findings on other sign languages (Napoli et al. 2017). We tested the hypothesis that in the
