Characteristics of reversible circuits for error detection

open access: yesArray, 2022
In this work, we consider error detection via simulation for reversible circuit architectures. We rigorously prove that reversibility augments the performance of this simple error detection protocol to a considerable degree.

A quasi-reversibility method for solving nonhomogeneous sideways heat equation

open access: yesOpen Mathematics
We consider solving a severely ill-posed problem for determining the surface temperature and heat flux distribution of the nonhomogeneous sideways heat equation by a quasi-reversibility regularization method.

Regularization and error estimates for nonhomogeneous backward heat problems

open access: yesElectronic Journal of Differential Equations, 2006
In this article, we study the inverse time problem for the non-homogeneous heat equation which is a severely ill-posed problem. We regularize this problem using the quasi-reversibility method and then obtain error estimates on the approximate ...

A Self-Error-Correction-Based Reversible Watermarking Scheme for Vector Maps

open access: yesISPRS International Journal of Geo-Information, 2023
The existing digital watermarking schemes for vector maps focus mainly on the process of watermark embedding, while few works have been conducted on the topic of the self-optimization of watermark data in the process of watermark detection. There is thus

Precision Controllable Reversible Watermarking Algorithm for Oblique Photography 3D Models [PDF]

open access: yesSensors
Most oblique photography 3D model watermarking algorithms only support limited data recovery or fail to restore the original model, falling short of meeting diverse user needs.

Complete Information Balance in Quantum Measurement [PDF]

open access: yesQuantum, 2021
Quantum measurement is a basic tool to manifest intrinsic quantum effects from fundamental tests to quantum information applications. While a measurement is typically performed to gain information on a quantum state, its role in quantum technology is ...

Chaos Detection by Fast Dynamic Indicators in Reflecting Billiards

open access: yesEntropy, 2023
The propagation of electromagnetic waves in a closed domain with a reflecting boundary amounts, in the eikonal approximation, to the propagation of rays in a billiard.

Deep Learning for Predictive Analytics in Reversible Steganography

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2023
Deep learning is regarded as a promising solution for reversible steganography. There is an accelerating trend of representing a reversible steo-system by monolithic neural networks, which bypass intermediate operations in traditional pipelines of ...

Activated Self-Resolution and Error-Correction in Catalytic Reaction Networks

open access: yes, 2021
To understand the emergence of function in complex reaction networks is a primary goal of systems chemistry and origin-of-life studies. Especially challenging is the establishment of systems that simultaneously exhibit several functionality parameters ...
