Integrin‐Piezo1 Axis Drives ECM Remodeling and Invasion of 3D Breast Epithelium
Mechanical stiffening of the extracellular matrix around mature mammary acini induces sequential remodeling phases. An early response disrupts the basement membrane and promotes fibronectin secretion, followed by delayed invasion with matrix reorganization and proliferation.

RHOA GTPase Controls YAP-Mediated EREG Signaling in Small Intestinal Stem Cell Maintenance
Summary: RHOA, a founding member of the Rho GTPase family, is critical for actomyosin dynamics, polarity, and morphogenesis in response to developmental cues, mechanical stress, and inflammation.

RhoA controls furrow formation
Evidence that the cytokinetic apparatus is dependent on spindle microtubules comes primarily from classical experiments in which the spindle was manually moved or disrupted. On page 91, Bement et al. reveal the physiology that underlies these findings.

Normal bladders exhibit quiescent fibroblasts/macrophages, whereas neurogenic bladders show acute‐phase Itga8⁺ fibroblast expansion driven by Trem2⁺ macrophage‐secreted Fn1, which activates FAK/RhoA/ROCK signaling, promotes cytoskeletal remodeling, and upregulates pro‐fibrotic genes.

A novel drug‐loaded D/P‐g‐PSB nanogel‐incorporated hydrogel by the electrostatic attraction‐driven self‐assembling process. Sequential drug releasing property (melatonin is released first by physical diffusion, and then ibuprofen is released as the charge shielding effect and hydrogel degradation). This ion‐sensitive hydrogel platform with sequentially

Rho-A prenylation and signaling link epithelial homeostasis to intestinal inflammation [PDF]
Although defects in intestinal barrier function are discussed as a key pathogenic factor in patients with inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD), the molecular pathways driving disease-specific alterations of intestinal epithelial cells (IECs) are largely ...
