Molecular Docking and Target‐Specific Binding Profiles of Benzosuberane‐Based Compounds
Benzosuberane represents a promising scaffold in medicinal chemistry. Several benzosuberane‐based derivatives are described in this review as anticancer agents, including antivascular agents, DNA‐intercalators, receptor modulators and kinase inhibitors.

EMT‐associated bias in the Parsortix® system observed with pancreatic cancer cell lines
The Parsortix® system was tested for CTC enrichment using pancreatic cancer cell lines with different EMT phenotypes. Spike‐in experiments showed lower recovery of mesenchymal‐like cells. This was confirmed with an EMT‐inducible breast cancer cell line.

Thermal annealing improves the structure, stiffness, and piezoelectric properties of poly(vinylidene flouride‐trifluoroethylene) (PVDF‐TrFE) nanofiber scaffolds. These annealed scaffolds promote Schwann cell proliferation and matrix remodeling in vitro and demonstrate in vivo biocompatibility.

Identifying Tipping Points during Healthy Brain Aging through Single‐Nucleus Transcriptomic Analysis
This study applies single‐nucleus transcriptomics and systems dynamics to uncover nonlinear aging patterns in healthy human brains. By introducing dynamic network biomarker theory, the authors identify a critical tipping point at ages 56–60 during aging, and highlight glial instability as a key mediator.
