Photonic microwave harmonic generator driven by an optoelectronic ring oscillator [PDF]
We describe a new architecture to generate microwave signals by optical means. Our system combines the advantages of two techniques: frequency multipliers and loop oscillators.

Coherent oscillation by self‐induced gratings in the photorefractive crystal BaTiO_3 [PDF]
We report here the demonstration of several new optical oscillator configurations including a unidirectional ring oscillator and a self‐pumped phase conjugate mirror. The gain medium is BaTiO_3, pumped by a 632.8‐nm He‐Ne laser at power levels down to 50

This study investigates H4TBAPy‐based metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) ‐ NU‐1000, NU‐901, SrTBAPy, and BaTBAPy ‐ for multiphoton absorption (MPA) performance. It observes topology‐dependent variations in the 2PA cross‐section, with BaTBAPy exhibiting the highest activity.

Band Alignment in In‐Oxo Metal Porphyrin SURMOF Heterojunctions
Porphyrin core metalation in indium‑oxo SURMOFs enables systematic tuning of band edge positions without altering the crystal structure. First‑principles calculations reveal type‑I and type‑II heterostructures as well as multi‑junction energy cascades, establishing a modular strategy for exciton funneling and charge separation in optoelectronic ...

Chern Classes of Tautological Sheaves on Hilbert Schemes
We give an algorithmic description of the action of the Chern classes of tautological bundles on the cohomology of Hilbert schemes of points on surfaces within the framework of Nakajima's oscillator algebra.

Reduction of NBTI-Induced Degradation on Ring Oscillators in FPGA [PDF]
Ring Oscillators are used for variety of purposes to enhance reliability on LSIs or FPGAs. This paper introduces an aging-tolerant design structure of ring oscillators that are used in FPGAs.

High Entropy Wide‐Bandgap Borates with Broadband Luminescence and Large Nonlinear Optical properties
High‐entropy rare‐earth borates exhibit excellent nonlinear optical and broadband luminescence properties arising from multi‐component doping, chemical disorder, increased configurational entropy, and increased lattice and electronic anharmonicity. This formulation enabled us to obtain a large, environmentally stable single crystal with 3X higher laser‐

Polymorph engineering in ErMnO3 enables low‐voltage, forming‐free threshold switching with tunable negative differential resistance. Conducting orthorhombic regions embedded in an insulating hexagonal matrix provide controlled Joule‐heating‐enhanced Poole–Frenkel transport. The hexagonal phase prevents excessive heating and breakdown.

A 90μW 12MHz Relaxation Oscillator with a -162dB FOM [PDF]
A relaxation oscillator exploits a noise filtering technique implemented with a switched-capacitor circuit to minimize phase noise. A 65nm CMOS design produces a sawtooth waveform, has a frequency tuning range of 1 to 12MHz and a constant frequency ...
