SUMOylation of PUM2 promotes the vasculogenic mimicry of glioma cells via regulating CEBPD
Glioma is the most common form of primary central nervous malignant tumors. Vasculogenic mimicry (VM) is a blood supply channel that is different from endothelial blood vessels in glioma. VM is related to tumor invasion and metastasis.

A polymerizable deep eutectic solvent is reinforced with tannic acid‐modified cellulose nanofibers to construct a hierarchical dynamic eutectogel network. Synergistic covalent and reversible interactions impart ultrahigh stretchability, high ionic conductivity, broad temperature tolerance, self‐healing, and strong adhesion, enabling robust wearable ...

Experimental study of nearshore dynamics on a barred beach with rip channels [PDF]
Wave and current measurements are presented from a set of laboratory experiments performed on a fixed barred beach with periodically spaced rip channels using a range of incident wave conditions. The data demonstrate that the presence of gaps in otherwise longshore uniform bars dominates the nearshore circulation system for the incident wave conditions

Encoded Cell‐Material Interactions to Reroute Cytokine Signaling for Regenerative Medicine
We present native MATRIX (Material Activated To Regulate Inducible gene eXpression), a co‐engineered material‐cell platform. Surfaces functionalized with antibodies for endogenous soluble ligands (e.g., IL‐1β or IL‐6) capture and immobilize ligands for presentation to a cognate, engineered synthetic Notch receptor, releasing a transcription factor (TF)

Dynamic compression enhances mesenchymal stromal cell proliferation in nonwoven PET scaffolds under chondrogenic differentiation conditions and triggers mechanosensitive transcriptional programs associated with extracellular matrix remodeling. These findings highlight the potential of mechanically stimulated PET scaffolds as a promising platform for ...

This study demonstrates a self‐assembly process to generate free‐standing piezoelectric nanomembranes, forming ultracompact microtubular acoustic wave sensors and actuators. The miniaturized 3D piezoelectric platform reported in this work can be applied in telecommunication, energy harvesting, and acoustofluidics. Moreover, the 3D self‐assembly can add
