Impact of Temperature and Relative Humidity on Reverberation Time in a Reverberation Room
Changes in acoustic parameters measured in a room may depend on the location and orientation of the sound source and microphones or on the reverberation conditions of the room.

On the Modeling of Rectangular Geometries in Room Acoustic Simulations [PDF]
This paper is concerned with an acoustical phenomenon called sweeping echo, which manifests itself in a room impulse response as a distinctive, continuous pitch increase. In this paper, it is shown that sweeping echoes are present (although to greatly varying degrees) in all perfectly rectangular rooms.

A round robin on room acoustical simulation and auralization [PDF]
A round robin was conducted to evaluate the state of the art of room acoustic modeling software both in the physical and perceptual realms. The test was based on six acoustic scenes highlighting specific acoustic phenomena and for three complex, “real-world” spatial environments.

Computing Room Acoustics Using 3D FDTD: A Cuda Approach. [PDF]
In seeking to model realistic room acoustics, direct numerical simulation can be employed. This paper presents 3D Finite Difference Time Domain schemes that incorporate losses at boundaries and due to the viscosity of air.

Acoustic simulation of J.S. Bach’s Thomaskirche in 1723 and 1539
This paper investigates an early acoustical theory of Hope Bagenal about the Leipzig Thomaskirche, where J.S. Bach composed and conducted from 1723 to 1750. Bagenal predicted that the church had a shorter reverberation time than previously in Bach’s time

Study on Chinese Speech Intelligibility Under Different Low-Frequency Characteristics of Reverberation Time Using a Hybrid Method [PDF]
Reverberation time (RT) is an important indicator of room acoustics, however, most studies focus on the mid-high frequency RT, and less on the low-frequency RT.
