Maturogenesis by revascularization in an infected immature permanent tooth
Root canal treatment in teeth with incomplete root formation is a challenge. A case of maturogenesis in an immature infected tooth along with probable factors needed for success is discussed.

Many patients with urothelial cancer do not benefit from treatment with pembrolizumab, while at risk of severe side effects. Changes in the levels of circulating tumor DNA early during treatment, measured by a simple and affordable assay that can be easily implemented in the clinic, can be used as a prognostic tool to identify these patients.

The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in

BioRoot inlay: An innovative technique in teeth with wide open apex
This article reports an innovative technique in the treatment of a central incisor with a wide open apex and parallel dentinal walls. Root canal treatment was initiated, and calcium hydroxide intracanal medicament was placed in the canal for a month. The

Tumor B‐cell infiltration in platinum‐treated advanced muscle‐invasive urothelial carcinoma
Bladder tumors with higher pretreatment memory B‐cell infiltration were linked to longer survival after cisplatin chemotherapy, but not carboplatin. These tumors also showed more organized immune structures (tertiary lymphoid structures) and a shared pro‐inflammatory B‐cell‐rich community, suggesting that memory B cells may help identify patients most ...

The differential expression of the genes encoding glutamine synthetase in developing root modules [PDF]
Glutamine synthetase (GS) is one of the key enzymes involved in the assimilation of ammonia into organic nitrogen in plants. It is important in legume root nodules where ammonia, produced by the Rhizobium-legume symbiosis, is converted to organic ...

Context: The newer resin and silicone-based sealers have a shorter setting time when compared to conventional zinc oxide-based sealers. This factor may influence the effect of the timing of post space preparation on the integrity of remaining apical root
