Rosai-Dorfman disease (RDD) also known as sinus histiocytosis with massive lymphadenopathy is an uncommon benign condition of histiocytes of unknown etiology, most often misdiagnosed as lymphoma. Patients have bilateral cervical lymphadenopathy with the variable clinical presentation.
