Correspondence distribution over a network in designing public urban passenger transportation tasks
Introduction. The process of planning public transport is divided into a few number of tasks in strategic, tactical and operational levels, which include the development route system, the establishment of traffic intensity along routes, the design of the

Why do you take that route? [PDF]
The purpose of this paper is to determine whether a particular context factor among the variables that a researcher is interested in causally affects the route choice behavior of drivers.

In situ molecular organization and heterogeneity of the Legionella Dot/Icm T4SS
We present a nearly complete in situ model of the Legionella Dot/Icm type IV secretion system, revealing its central secretion channel and identifying new components. Using cryo‐electron tomography with AI‐based modeling, our work highlights the structure, variability, and mechanism of this complex nanomachine, advancing understanding of bacterial ...

Cell wall target fragment discovery using a low‐cost, minimal fragment library
LoCoFrag100 is a fragment library made up of 100 different compounds. Similarity between the fragments is minimized and 10 different fragments are mixed into a single cocktail, which is soaked to protein crystals. These crystals are analysed by X‐ray crystallography, revealing the binding modes of the bound fragment ligands.

Route Planning in Transportation Networks [PDF]
We survey recent advances in algorithms for route planning in transportation networks. For road networks, we show that one can compute driving directions in milliseconds or less even at continental scale.

Improving route discovery in on-demand routing protocols using local topology information in MANETs [PDF]
Most existing routing protocols proposed for MANETs use flooding as a broadcast technique for the propagation of network control packets; a particular example of this is the dissemination of route requests (RREQs), which facilitate route discovery.

We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

The strategy of passenger transportation by national railway transport: the implementation of public service obligations [PDF]
Based on research carried out by the author, the article identifies the problems of passenger transportation by national railway transport such as reduction in passenger flows, the growth of transportation costs, insufficient financing of loss-making ...

Neighbour coverage: a dynamic probabilistic route discovery for mobile ad hoc networks [PDF]
Blind flooding is extensively use in ad hoc routing protocols for on-demand route discovery, where a mobile node blindly rebroadcasts received route request (RREQ) packets until a route to a particular destination is established.
