RPA Ready? Unlocking Organizational RPA Readiness [PDF]
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a relatively new digital technology in business process automation that is getting more widely adopted by many organizations in various industries. However, the promised benefits of RPA are not experienced by all organizations mainly because of a lack of organizational readiness.

This study shows that lizard osteoderm capping tissue is a hyper‐mineralized hydroxyapatite layer consistently covering the superficial osteoderm surface in those species studied here, yet it varies greatly in morphology, nanostructure, and mechanical performance across species.

Spurious finite-size instabilities in nuclear energy density functionals: spin channel [PDF]
It has been recently shown, that some Skyrme functionals can lead to non-converging results in the calculation of some properties of atomic nuclei. A previous study has pointed out a possible link between these convergence problems and the appearance of ...

A nanobiosensor for fast and simultaneous determination of sweat glucose and ethanol is presented. Deposited oxidase enzymes consume oxygen in the presence of the substrates, and co‐deposited palladium nanoclusters catalyze the electrochemical oxygen reduction, basis of the detection.

Description of thermal entanglement with the static path plus random-phase approximation
We discuss the application of the static path plus random phase approximation (SPA+RPA) and the ensuing mean field+RPA treatment to the evaluation of entanglement in composite quantum systems at finite temperature.

Microscopic Description of Nuclear Wobbling Motion -- Rotation of traxially deformed nuclei -- [PDF]
The nuclear wobbling motion in the Lu region is studied by the microscopic cranked mean-field plus RPA method. The Woods-Saxon potential is used as a mean-field with a new parameterization which gives reliable description of rapidly rotating nuclei.

Linear response strength functions with iterative Arnoldi diagonalization
We report on an implementation of a new method to calculate RPA strength functions with iterative non-hermitian Arnoldi diagonalization method, which does not explicitly calculate and store the RPA matrix.

Raising the participation age in historical perspective : Policy learning from the past? [PDF]
The raising of the participation age (RPA) to 17 in 2013 and 18 in 2015 marks a historic expansion of compulsory education. Despite the tendency of New Labour governments to eschew historical understanding and explanation, RPA was conceived with the ...
