CNTN5 Promotes Invasion and Metastasis in Non‐Small Cell Lung Cancer by Regulating YAP1 Nuclear Translocation

Contactin‐5 (CNTN5) is upregulated in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and associated with metastasis and poor prognosis. Mechanistically, CNTN5 interacts with PTPN13 to promote YAP1 nuclear translocation and transcriptional activation, enhancing NSCLC cell migration and invasion in vitro and metastasis in vivo.
