Phenotypic and genotypic characterization of single circulating tumor cells in the follow‐up of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Single circulating tumor cells (sCTCs) from high‐grade serous ovarian cancer patients were enriched, imaged, and genomically profiled using WGA and NGS at different time points during treatment. sCTCs revealed enrichment of alterations in Chromosomes 2, 7, and 12 as well as persistent or emerging oncogenic CNAs, supporting sCTC identity.

Lelkészeknek – a lelkészkép – lelkészi identitás kérdése az önértelmezésünk rögös útján –

open access: yesStudia Universitatis Babeş-Bolyai. Theologia Reformata Transylvanica, 2016
The Problem of Self-image and Identity by Pastors. The problem of self-image and identity is an issue that seems to trouble theologian more and more, but pastors less and less.

Heteroreceptor complexes and their allosteric receptor-receptor interactions in the central nervous system. Focus on examples from Dopamine D2 and Serotonin 5-HT1a receptors [PDF]

open access: yes, 2018
GPCR interacting proteins (specially β- arrestin) and their receptor-protein interactions are also covered but their interactions with the allosteric receptor-receptor interactions in heteroreceptor complexes remain to be elucidated.

Correlation of the differential expression of PIK3R1 and its spliced variant, p55α, in pan‐cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
PIK3R1 undergoes alternative splicing to generate the isoforms, p85α and p55α. By combining large patient datasets with laboratory experiments, we show that PIK3R1 spliced variants shape cancer behavior. While tumors lose the protective p85α isoform, p55α is overexpressed, changes linked to poorer survival and more pronounced in African American ...

Evaluation of a hydrographic technique to measure on-farm water storage volumes [PDF]

open access: yes, 2005
Digital terrain models of on-farm water storages are required to assist in accurately measuring the on-farm water balance and water use efficiency components including storage capacity, inflow, seepage, evaporation and discharge volumes.

Molecular determinants of signal transduction in tropomyosin receptor kinases

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Tropomyosin receptor kinases control critical neuronal functions, but how do the same receptors produce diverse cellular responses? This review explores the structural mechanisms behind Trk signaling diversity, focusing on allosteric modulation and ligand bias.

Predição de extravasamentos devido à infiltração de águas pluviais em interceptor de esgotamento sanitário de Fortaleza/CE [PDF]

open access: yesRevista DAE
A entrada indevida de águas pluviais nos sistemas de esgoto sanitário compromete sua eficiência, resultando em extravasamentos e poluição. Este estudo propôs uma metodologia para simulação e otimização de redes coletoras de esgoto, considerando ...

Investigating GNSS PPP–RTK with external ionospheric constraints

open access: yesSatellite Navigation, 2022
Real-Time Kinematic Precise Point Positioning (PPP–RTK) is inextricably linked to external ionospheric information. The PPP–RTK performances vary much with the accuracy of ionospheric information, which is derived from different network scales, given ...

Cooperative Task Planning of Multi-Agent Systems Under Timed Temporal Specifications

open access: yes, 2015
In this paper the problem of cooperative task planning of multi-agent systems when timed constraints are imposed to the system is investigated. We consider timed constraints given by Metric Interval Temporal Logic (MITL).
