Uporedno pomorsko pravo, 1989 Na Diplomatskoj konferenciji, održanoj u travnju 1989. u Londonu, usvojena je nova Međunarodna konvencija o spašavanju na moru. Ta će Konvencija zamijeniti Međunarodnu konvenciju o spašavanju i pružanju pomoći na moru, usvojenu u Briselu 1910.
