目的 建立丹参中丹酚酸B的优化提取条件,并确立其HPLC测定方法。方法 丹参粉末在适当的溶剂中冰浴超声,提取物进行HPLC分析。色谱柱为Alltima C18(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm);流动相为乙腈-0.5％冰醋酸水溶液,采用梯度洗脱程序,流速为1.0 mL／min;紫外检测波长为290 nm。结果 在冰浴超声条件下,70％甲醇对丹酚酸B提取率最高。水的提取率为70％甲醇的95.06％。丹酚酸B在0.07~0.70μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997)。精密度实验中RSD为1.62％,
