Mechanism of drain current's saturation in the field transistor with p-n-junction
The processes of drain current saturation in a p–n junction field‑effect transistor have been investigated. It is shown that, when analyzing saturation in a common‑source circuit or under self‑bias conditions, it is necessary to take into account the ...

Saturation of a charge-current algebra
Abstract The origin of poor predictions for the weak N - N ∗ coupling constants obtained by saturating a chiral U(6) ⊗ U(6) charge-current algebra is studied and arguments are presented concerning the use of unsubtracted dispersion relations, the absence of Schwinger terms, and the validity of the saturation procedure itself.

Laser‐Induced Graphene from Waste Almond Shells
Almond shells, an abundant agricultural by‐product, are repurposed to create a fully bioderived almond shell/chitosan composite (ASC) degradable in soil. ASC is converted into laser‐induced graphene (LIG) by laser scribing and proposed as a substrate for transient electronics.

For the first time, a highly sensitive electrochemical biosensor based on SiO2‐based hairy particles with a grafted PDMAEMA polymer brush containing a quantifiable and large amount of immobilized Laccase is reported. The fabricated biosensor exhibits a sensitivity of 0.14 A·m⁻¹, a limit of detection (LOD) of 0.1 µm, and a detection range of 0.3–750 µm,

Biomass Native Structure Into Functional Carbon‐Based Catalysts for Fenton‐Like Reactions
This study indicates that eight biomasses with 2D flaky and 1D acicular structures influence surface O types, morphology, defects, N doping, sp2 C, and Co nanoparticles loading in three series of carbon, N‐doped carbon, and cobalt/graphitic carbon. This work identifies how these structural factors impact catalytic pathways, enhancing selective electron

The dielectric properties of clays are studied on the level of individual monolayers and functional double stacks. The material breakdown characteristics and charge storage performance are analyzed. For illustration, a defined charge pattern representing a cuneiform character is produced, written into a microscopic clay tile, referencing the origins of
