Diabetic wound healing is hindered by a pathological crosstalk wherein elevated IL‐11 induces M1 macrophage polarization, leading to IL‐1β/IL‐6 release and subsequent fibroblast senescence via RAS/p38MAPK/p53/E2F1 signaling. Here, we develop a Gel@M‐Rho microneedle patch that delivers rhoifolin‐loaded, macrophage membrane‐coated nanoparticles to target

Chemical Strategies for Multistimuli Responsive Dynamic Covalent Materials in Regenerative Medicine
Multistimuli responsive dynamic covalent materials integrate reversible chemistry with the complex chemical, mechanical, and biochemical cues of regenerative environments. This review highlights chemical strategies based on orthogonal dynamic bonds, multicomponent networks, and hierarchical architectures to regulate mechanics, degradation, and ...

This study demonstrates that Tf‐PDA NPs combine a receptor‐mediated targeting with mild photothermal activation to enhance nanoparticle accumulation in the brain. NIR‐activated Tf‐PDA NPs increase BBB permeability to NPs in vitro and in vivo without inducing cytotoxicity or adverse immune responses.

Carcasses provide resources not exclusively to scavengers: patterns of carrion exploitation by passerine birds [PDF]
Carrion provides energy transfer to food webs as a primary trophic resource for many taxa. Ecological relationships around this pulsed resource are highly complex and are influenced by many factors, including those related to its availability and the ...
