Innovative Test Strip‐Based Colorimetric Sensors Integrated With Affinity Chromatography: Acetylcholinesterase Inhibitor Screening Breakthrough in Lycium Barbarum Leaves

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Schematic diagrams illustrating the breakthrough in the screening of AChE inhibitors from LBL, and the research process of the pharmacodynamics of the NCP are presented. ABSTRACT Current Alzheimer's drugs exhibit limited effectiveness, highlighting the necessity for multi‐target treatments.

The impact of memory effect on space fractional strong quantum couplers with tunable decay behavior and its numerical simulation

open access: yesScientific Reports, 2021
The nontrivial behavior of wave packets in the space fractional coupled nonlinear Schrödinger equation has received considerable theoretical attention. The difficulty comes from the fact that the Riesz fractional derivative is inherently a prehistorical ...

An Effector TaCRVP From Tuta Absoluta Oral Secretion Impairs H2O2‐Mediated Plant Defense by Targeting Tomato SlCAT2

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The Tuta absoluta salivary effector TaCRVP subverts tomato immunity by hijacking host catalase SlCAT2. Through a sophisticated dual mechanism, TaCRVP simultaneously promotes SlCAT2 tetramerization for activation and blocks its SlAdBiL‐mediated degradation for stabilization.

On the time-dependent solutions of the schrödinger equation [PDF]

open access: yes, 2007
Recently, there has been some interest in finding exact solutions to the time-dependent Schrödinger equation, specifically in the case of a time-dependent linear potential, though surprisingly in all those works very cumbersome methods are used.

Finite difference method for time-space-fractional Schrödinger equation

open access: yes, 2015
In this paper, an implicit finite difference scheme for the nonlinear time-space-fractional Schrödinger equation is presented. It is shown that the implicit scheme is unconditionally stable with experimental convergence order of O(τ2−α+h2), where τ and h

A Unified Hierarchical Multiscale Fusion Framework for Drug–Target Affinity Prediction: From Benchmark Performance to Nanomolar Inhibitor Discovery

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A multimodal fusion framework integrating sequence, atomic, and fragment representations captures drug–target interactions across multiple scales. The model delivers strong predictive performance and enables efficient virtual screening. Applied to hematopoietic progenitor kinase 1 (HPK1), it identifies structurally diverse inhibitors with nanomolar ...

Quantizing time: Interacting clocks and systems [PDF]

open access: yesQuantum, 2019
This article generalizes the conditional probability interpretation of time in which time evolution is realized through entanglement between a clock and a system of interest.

Dual pKa Lipid Nanoparticles for Lung‐tropic mRNA Delivery and pH‐Programmed Endosomal Escape

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Lipid nanoparticles’ bottleneck lies in low endosomal escape efficiency and liver‐dominant delivery after intravenous administration. To overcome these limitations, we present a stepwise pH‐programmed lipid nanoparticle system enabled by our newly synthesized ionizable lipid.

Targeting LDHA Palmitoylation Sensitizes GBM to Chemoradiotherapy via Suppressing Palmitic Acid Induced Glycolytic Reprogramming

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Mesenchymal GSCs preferentially uptake palmitic acid, thereby promoting ZDHHC12‐mediated LDHA palmitoylation. This modification enhances LDHA enzymatic activity, drives glycolytic reprogramming, and facilitates exosomal LDHA‐mediated TAM regulation.
