亚临界提取山茱萸籽油的脂肪酸组成 及活性成分分析Fatty acid composition and active components of cornus seed oil extracted by subcritical fluid

旨在为山茱萸籽油的开发利用提供参考,对亚临界提取的山茱萸籽油的脂肪酸组成,以及植物甾醇、生育酚、角鲨烯含量进行了测定,并与牡丹籽油、沙棘籽油两种功能性食用植物油进行了比较。结果表明:山茱萸籽油不饱和脂肪酸含量高达91.79%,其中亚油酸含量最高,为73.41%,高于牡丹籽油和沙棘籽油中的亚油酸含量;山茱萸籽油富含植物甾醇,含量为450.0 mg/100 g,含有牡丹籽油、沙棘籽油中均不含的Δ5,24-豆甾二烯醇;山茱萸籽油的生育酚含量为68.95 mg/100 g,介于牡丹籽油(36.40 mg/100
