Zhongguo youzhi旨在为山茱萸籽油的开发利用提供参考，对亚临界提取的山茱萸籽油的脂肪酸组成，以及植物甾醇、生育酚、角鲨烯含量进行了测定，并与牡丹籽油、沙棘籽油两种功能性食用植物油进行了比较。结果表明：山茱萸籽油不饱和脂肪酸含量高达91.79%，其中亚油酸含量最高，为73.41%，高于牡丹籽油和沙棘籽油中的亚油酸含量；山茱萸籽油富含植物甾醇，含量为450.0 mg/100 g，含有牡丹籽油、沙棘籽油中均不含的Δ5，24-豆甾二烯醇；山茱萸籽油的生育酚含量为68.95 mg/100 g，介于牡丹籽油（36.40 mg/100
