International Journal of Dermatology, EarlyView.Ritlecitinib induced rapid clinical improvement in moderate‐to‐severe alopecia areata in real‐world practice. Early change in SALT at Week 12 strongly discriminated Week‐24 responders, supporting a pragmatic treat‐to‐target checkpoint, alongside improvements in clinician‐reported and patient‐reported outcomes and a favorable safety profile.

Scalp Dysesthesia: Emerging Pathophysiologic Insights and Therapeutic Implications
International Journal of Dermatology, EarlyView.Scalp dysesthesia is a chronic condition diagnosed through exclusion. This scoping review synthesized data from 59 patients to identify recurrent clinical features, comorbidities, and management strategies that may support earlier diagnosis. Emerging patterns suggest that neuronal sensitization may underlie common symptoms.
