Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) reduces growth of HPV‐positive cervical cancer spheroids and induces ferroptosis in cervical cancer cells via blocking SLC7A11/Glutathione (GSH) axis. Combination of subcytotoxic doses of DMF and cisplatin (CDDP) further suppresses spheroid growth and drives cell death in 2D culture models.

Targeted modulation of IGFL2‐AS1 reveals its translational potential in cervical adenocarcinoma
Cervical adenocarcinoma patients face worse outcomes than squamous cell carcinoma counterparts despite similar treatment. The identification of IGFL2‐AS1's differential expression provides a molecular basis for distinguishing these histotypes, paving the way for personalized therapies and improved survival in vulnerable populations globally.

Seed size can influence germination, growth and yield formation of crops. A two-year field experiment was conducted in eastern Austria in 2012 and 2013 with two cultivars (Paula and Tatum) and four seeds size (< 2.5, 2.5–2.75, 2.75–3.25 and > 3.25 mm) to

Analysis of the carbon and nitrogen limitations to soybean yield [PDF]
Soybeans are hypothesized to be “self-destructive” since they apparently need to translocate large amounts of nitrogen from vegetative tissues during seed-fill to sustain seed growth.

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Effect of Soybean Seed Treatments on Seed Emergence and Yield
The purpose of this study was to evaluate soybean seed treatments on disease pressure. There have been experimental plots for seed treatment evaluation at the McNay Research Farm for the last two years. The McNay farm was selected for seed treatment experimental plots because it exhibited a high level of Phytophthora damping off in the spring of 1999 ...
