Zambezi low‐level jet is the most important driver of moisture advection towards Angolan and Namibian central plateaus. Mozambique Channel Trough and the Angola Low moderately control Zambezi's intensity. The Angola Low is the main responsible for converting advected humidity into rainfalls over the study region.
